Hi Guys

Had my drambox pluged in a week, called virgin wednesday because they are meant to be upgrading my internet connection to 10MB.

The lady said thursday it would be upgraded by the night time

Came home yesturday and my internet and tele was down called them and they said they have to send an engineer out monday?

Any ideas?

Must be something wrong with your line.

Wont have anything to do with your dreambox. Dont worry.

yeah.. make sure your dreambox isnt plugged in when the engineer comes around

what area are you in ?
they have been doing loads of work in certain areas lately.

Just like opsmonkey has said, make sure that you have everything hidden away like splitters extra cables running into different rooms, Replace your Dreambox or what ever you use back to what was supplyed to you by your cable company first day !

This only a preventive measure but you do not know if technicians are running tests on the lines as they replace the cables ....

thanks for your reply aftermath. I have my virgin box plugd in all the time anyway just swap the scarts round
