VOLVO S40 2009 0281016590 - SC667 - how to read ?

I have problem with BOSCH EDC16C34 based on processor Motorolla SC667, not on MPC556.
By obd I am not able to read it by FG2. I am not sure if it can be readed by BOOT MODE or BDM. It is not cheap ECU so I don't wont to risk.
Any idea please?

hy mate , get ecu out and open it and read it on bdm , suppose to not have problem on bdm if your fg tech work on bdm . .

I have allredy opened it but I'm not sure if can I read it as MPC5xx...
FG2 has BDM MPC55x but it is not MPC55x processor - it is SC667 ...
Mainboard is the same but some components like capasitors are in difrent places.
