Peugeot 207 immo 1796

I have ecu Bosch Mev17.4 0 261 S04 008 with Tricore 1796 2007 from Peugeot 207 . I read with galetto but eeprom not readable . Can anyone help me to make flash im*o off ?

ECU is in LOCKED condition, may be I need of all new correct flash ?

Thank you , the car start ok, but after 30 min. I try to start again and nothing, starter not rotate.
May be need correct checksum ?
