benz ezs and smok j tag

have anyone read ezs from sprinter w906 07 model with smok j tag?
i am trying to read it and have problem.
can not read id check connection is the message

try with first version sw jtag, i have same trouble, i uninstall jtag and put first version

also had problems with sprinter 08 and jtag, finally a clean system helped
