If they sent by DHL or other company, try to search using his local Web-page www.XXX.lt...

I have had many products from them over the years, but when something doesn't work don't hold your breath on any kind of reply/support.

unless it benefits them, e.g when I came across an Volvo ECU not supported they replied many times but not to help me, just for info on the ECU.

I can not understand if the company takes 5 to 7 days to deliver from Europe is not good for business, I ordered wearies items from Ireland, china, you can track your items on line and most of the items are delivered in 3 days, they need to change the way they deal with customers.

Purchased complete carprog from them during the 2014 December promotion and then an additional adaptor and cable the day after. The main unit arrived via DHL in under seven days and that even included the Xmas break. The test adaptor and cable was sent via post and arrived three months later.

I was stuck once and had to order some MCUs 3x to be exact, total cost for postage €15, after 4 days it hadn't arrived I decided to contact them and the response was "it can take from 1 week to 3/4 weeks for delivery" in the end it arrived after 8 days, customer was not happy! I really think they need to change how they do deliveries because €15 for an envelope that takes 8 days to arrive is taking the you know what.

Its probably not company fault. Country which they sending out... Its usual slow work in post offices, parcel depots and custom checks... People not loyal to his job, where everyone are someones relative. Welcome to Lithuania... :DDD

roman why I have to do the leg work when I have paid 15euro postage the amount they asked for fast postage...

It's 100% truth - I've paid 15 EURO shipping fee - when bought 10pcs of PCF7941 - and they send my item with economic registered mail service - took about 3 weeks to get IC from them - the funny thing is that I live now about 400km from CODECARD LT TEAM :-)

Well in the last 10 years every parts I have ordered from china to be honest the highest amount of delivery I have paid was ?8.00 by DHL and delivered in 3 days, and most items from china are free delivery, either there is no DHL service in Lithuania, the bottom line is why are they charging 15euro when the goods are delivered in 3 to 4 weeks time remains the mystery, lads you have all made a point lets close this thread for good...

Have a look at using DHL to send a letter to China - 100grams UK to China ?38.95

100 grams to Lithuania ?26.95

Pretty obvious that the Chinese government subsadises the postage to keep exports high.
