Hi!
Possible to completely switch off EGR without having issues with the DPF after? I mean is the working EGR necessary for regeneration?

Not possible because:
- EGR reduce soot
- EGR is connected with DPF procedures

In fact can make it off without ~~~~ed regeneration, but anyway will be don't live long time anyway
