X tool device

I purchased X tool back in Aug 2014 , support installed and couldn't be helpful enough, I had 2 icons on my desktop one with Xtool 5.9 the other with Xtool 2014 , 5.9 was basic and 2014 had Agri calculators and the more important programs,my laptop crashed and all I can get it to install is 5.9 , I have begged X tool for help and all they do is hang up the phone on me and tell me to download from website which doesn't work , they actually make the Voskan guy in Belgium sound like a pure gentleman, does anybody know how I can reinstall the Xtool 2014 version😩😩

I tried to buy xtool a few months ago... the attitude was terrible so I backed... sorry I know it dont help you :D

Tool is ok but support is non existent so far and they ain't doing themselves any favours ,

Just realised my dongle isn't working, gonna be some ordeal to sort a new dongle

Thanks for your reply Kermolek , I now realise that your software is perfect and the problem is with the dongle you gave me with the device , my device is 2014 version , 5.9 , can you please supply me with a replacement dongle for my Xtool device ???

i think that my be a driver fault, try reeinstall dongle driver again.

It's the best tool that 1400euro can buy , it does 99 percent of what it says and does it really well , it's robust unit and leads are good quality , support isn't always at hand but you won't need a lot of support with this tool

can you programm 35080 and d080dq eeprom?did work vaag edc 15 and 16? i am interested to buy this tool i am abrites user but i need one more tool with cheap updates...thanks

35080 VP and 35080 V6 wont erase with X tool , it's good for older Volvos Diagnostic , it's a great tool , support is so so
