hi need help installed Peugeot service box ,when I click on program it comes up:( error initializing back up systray:class java.netsocket exception unrecognized windows sockets error:0:jvm.bind null). I tried it on windows xp service pack3 but couldn't even get programs to start so I used my laptop running on windows 8.1 program installed no problems but wont open comes up error I have tried using feature that lets you run older programs but no difference, any ideas why doesn't even recognise it on windows xp or why im getting this error on my windows 8.1 thanks in advance
