Quick micronas question 2006 VW GTI 3297g+24lc32

Hello friends I have 2006 VW GTI 3297g+24lc32 all keys lost. After researching this topic again after I gave up last year after researching this topic again... it seems like I could just put this dash into service mode and VAG 18 will read the KEY ID data that I need in order to prepare the dealer key. Can someone confirm this with me please.

Here are 2 files. one is the original 24c32 data and the other file is the one I modified to put into service mode..assuming it could be done. I have a workbench rig so I am so tempted to try but I dont want it to be a costly mistake!!!!

I prefer one of the experts here to advise me first .
