Mercedes Vito EZS repair 639 545 05 08, not possible to rotate key

I have a problem on a mercedes vito 639 3k85k micro The key will not turn in the barrell

i can read eeprom but flash always says "read error"

if someone can help me that would be great

u eeprom is good just generate key and start car

or check esl,on w639 80% esl error after check eis and hash

When i put esi tester in ignition NO light come up on the tester?

i read key with zedfull data comes back so i think key is okay

but i dont have spare key
