E60 DDE 4A62 Manipulation after cloning ECU

Hello,
I have a big problem with cloning ECU on E61 525D.
Original ECU is Bosch 0281012190 7811898

New used ECU is: 0281012190 7802266 ( Bosch numbers same but BMW numbers diffrent.)

After cloning I have fault code 4A62 EWS Manipulation. Car does not start.

CAS2 no fault code.

EWS alignment with inpa no sucsess. Tried to virgin ECU with Volta but internal error fault code.

Please help me.
