Renault Laguna I need advice for immo off 2.0 8v 1998year

Ecu info: Siemens S101727104Q HOM7700860316 BVA/BVM

Renault laguna 2.0 8v 1998 year, Ir key, key is damaged and customer want immo off,
I read MC68HCP11E I fill all dump all FFFFF (so do i need to fill only first 2 line or all file with FF?)
And i cut wire pin 25 (2 white wire) but car only cranking,can someone give me advice where i made mistake?
I made many 1.8 and cut pin 10 but this 2.0 do not have line 10 and do not have line 29 empty hole...
I read somewhere here on search someone told need to cut pin 8 wire??
Solder is ok no mistake...

Any advice or suggestion will be very helpful..

Car is solved, off solution for this ecu is not all Fff, i find good off file and car start...

Here is solution for Fenix 3 OFF after cut immo line.
Fenix 3 can work without code stored in eeprom.
