Need to clone broken to used.

Is this link the only tool as can read this type of ecu?

Just do the immo learn keys and u ok 3 times 10 minutes the only thing it will be different vin number in ecu which is not affect nothing or u can do tis to web 50$ per 3 days with any passthru
