Peugeot EDC16C3 egr off

Hi,
I need EGR off. Car is peugeot 307 EDC16C3
BOSCH 0 281 013 331
I did a year ago egr off, but now I have 3 errors: P0409, P0489, P1461 (EGR valve position copy signal) All sensors are connected.
I need correct solution with disable those codes.
