friends pls who can assist me with diagram on how to read motorola mch68hc705b32 1k20c
i have carprog and xprog-m

Use carprog and connection in this pdf:

if you have problem with reading release(lift) reset pin. If still problem, try to release another pin like TDO, RDI, PD4, PD3, ...
In the past I had the same problem and I tried to release some pins and after I had success!

Use upa or carprog etc.. lift reset pin and IRQ pin than read it.

i soldered it out i couldnt read it. is it on board reading pls

The easiest way is to desolder mcu, put in adapter and read.

Only lift RESET pin and IRQ pin than read it easly

When you desolder mcu you have to connect a xctall on osc1 and osc2 pin otherwise you never read mcu

desolder and read on xprog adapter.i read many times and work well and i think like secure if not read it like 705 simple

Remove ecu from board.
Use adapter hc05.
Xprog MCU 68hc05b32.

You no need desolder mcu. Only lift reset and irq pin than read it. İt is very simple and easy

you are right,with xprog read about 15 minutes,securiti baypasing... but he read wery well and write
