I dont know about Renault Duster but Dacia duster have 93C56 in inormal soic 8 housing. Try to read it like 93C56 or 93C66 and inform.
Can you please send picture of whole pcb, it will better to see if someone want to help you?

yestarday i made dacia duster 2011 year,inside have 93c56 calc is the same dacia logan

If u need onboard connection ? i have connection too for this odo. Eeprom is 25020
