peugeot 307 central locking not work

hi all
i have peugeot 307 hdi from 2002 where central lock didn't work and red light at lock button at central console blinking. you can lock and unlock only the driver's door mechanically. in this car is ecu edc15c2 3plugs from another car with immo off. bsi is valeo. i was write original vin and pin code in bsi and reprogram original key and now diagnostic see this datas corectly but still same, central and remote don't work. red lamp still flashs. others, glass, air factory radio work correctly. is possible to do the configuration in the bsi if the immobilizer in ECU is turned off?
if i do bsi virgine that i need a new key with remote control?

BSI threw virgin software should do the immo and key programming with Lexia 3.
I think whether the pin code for this. Let's add BSI software.

Go in bsi settings and check lock mode for sure you will find ???? Change it to lock or superlock but lock is after that central locking will operate fine
