Mini Cooper r56 2009 won't start

Hi! I have a customer with a mini r56 1.6 petrol from 2009. The car was working ok, but suddenly can't put ignition. I insert the key and nothing happened. No lights on dash, nothing!
On diagnose i can't find any dtc in any module.. I checked all the fuses. Any advice?

Steering lock is in gage, with key out? If no, then there is your problem.
