Bmw 530D E39 Not Start

Not start after three days in the garage
diagnosis reports 2 error

5696 ecu ( eeprom and configuration)
7669 Electronic car immobilisation system (EWS)
ecu ews no error

errors in dde4 are not cleared with inpa and dis v57 (Error_ecu_rejected)
I already tried the program to all compensation with DIS, error bus
sync ews/dde not work
eeprom 5P08C3 in DDE not readable,It may be damaged?
where I find the original eeprom dump file?
it's possible immo off or virgin?

Did you check all feeding to DDE, i mean permanent power supply and after ignition and also the ground connection

all power feeding DDE Power OK
need dump file eeprom original for solve the problem because eeprom 5p08c3 is corrupt/damaged no readable
