SNAP ON MODIS the buttons not working

Hello every one i have a modis the circle and the Y & N button is a bit sticky not working as it should,,

any advice or some one who can tell how to repair or get the parts ,,

Sticky has something been spilt in it is it old modis or ultra version if old I replaced mine with delphi and found it to be far more better than the modis

There are 3 steps you can try sometimes step one will fix the issue:

1. Take unit apart and clean under the rubber thumbpad and make sure the circuit board is secure (do not lift the pad of the circuit board!!!).
2. Use a standard USB external mouse or mousepad
3. Purchase an Interlink presentation laser pointer that has a RUBBER thumbpad. Purchase a conductive ink pen. Remove old pad off circuit board and replace with one from laser pointer. The traces will most likely not line up so use the conductive ink pen to create new traces.
