Hi all.
ive messed up a Iveco daily on a 2007. It has the bodymodule immobiliser. Originally customer lost key, I tried to read bcm but was getting a bad read. I decided to immo off the ecu. After reading the 95640 I looked at the dump and it looked ok, I could see part numbers etc.. So someone gave me a immo off file and I over wrote the ecu chip. The immo off file didn't work and now I have found that ive got a problem with my equipment. My chip reader or upa has given me a bad read ( it did the same to the bcm chip as well ) Ive managed to get a good read using my xprog for the bcm and got the pin code and programmed a key. However ive over written the ecu 95640 with slightly corrupt data. Has anyone got a workaround for this problem? A matched pair or can I write the vin and security code into another ecu. I'm not sure on how this system works.
I really need some help on this one. Customer getting pissed with me.
Thanks
Dan
