Mitsubishi Evo x fq330 ecutek locked ecu

I've tried to read this ECU but its locked, what options do I have other than taking it to ecutek dealer, can anyone bench flash with a decent tune at reasonable price. I'm in UK. Many thanks.

speak to ecu tuners mate, if he cant no one can,,,

you will have to bench flash a stock bin onto the ecu, after that you may read/write to it via obd
