file has many many changes compared to mine :( probably different dealer update

Try this file. HW and SW are the same but file is different.

finally ended updating the car to stock software but can't do dpf properly .... i have done a few but this file is a little different and harder for me to do it
may i have some help please :( ... here it is obd read of stock software 356709
