hmmm...code is in OTP part (can not be changed), counter is in eeprom part, I think :(

Found solution:

1. Select Flash area and READ FLASH (save file to disc)
2. Select Flash area and click on ERASE:
3. Select Eeprom area and click on ERASE:
4. Select Flash area, LOAD file previously read out in point 1. and click on WRITE:
5. Disconnect device, wait about 10 seconds, reconnect power supply and wait some seconds - try to power on.

It was on Martech forum, now i found it.

possible, on that way MCU will (after restart) write eeprom to default state. I have ST92F programmer from Garik Baza (v3) so I am able to do the same directly into eeprom w/o flash r/w, restart..etc...

I have never had lock15 on this unit, but after this type of reset every time when i turn radio on it says Not configured ,and then works normaly. I have set up time,date etc radio is in car but message Not configured appiers allways, but it is not big problem.
