Please help Airbag ECU internal error from Toyota Yaris my01

Here it is original 25040 read from ecu. Tried different programs and also Carprog and none of them repaired. The ecu doesn't have impact, has ECU internal error.

Also, I attached a file from other ecu. Original file is this: it has ecu internal error with code B1100 I named it crash but it has ecu internal error.
