Golf VI edc17c46 virgin needed please!

The original car ecu is burned so i founded with same numbers flash+eeprom and need to make adaptation on the car !
If not possible to make virgin , any possible to make immo off only on eeprom ?

VAG: 03L906018AT
BOsch : 0281016404

Sorry maybe i do not understand well ! I use vagcom , vcp vag tools
I got second hand ecu with other ecu numbers 03L906018BB but was manual transmission , so i founded on forum ori ecu data VAG: 03L906018AT
BOsch : 0281016404
So i need to adaptation this one ecu on the car and to start the car ( original car ecu is damaged burned and cannt read eeprom )
