Does anyone know if this can be connected directly via K-Line on the table ?
Or should I just proceed and crack it open and read in circuit ....

I use the GM A12 Connector with carprog

I use an OBD connector for ease of use since I do only this style of sdm.

OBD Connector color
orange is power
black with no stripe is ground
purple is serial data

Connector sdm
pin one is yellow for power
pin 4 is blue for serial data
pin 18 stripe black is ground

yeah I realized it right after ... I don't know how I was looking at your diagram ... that I didn't see the serial DATA !
I did see the 12+ and Grounds lol, And I looked at it like 3 times... I think I need to have a coffee
