Porsche 996 ecu, aftermarket chip, need to return to stock

I have a 2001 996 turbo ecu here that at one point had an aftermarket board soldered in. It failed, and the data on it is unreadable/corrupt. I have a good flash from the same software, and I have an OBD read from the failed ecu from before. How do I get this thing working? I have written the good flash to the ecu, added the correct vin, but I still get failure on the dash.

Anyone have any insight? Thanks!
