Need help with immo off Peugeot 307 2.0hdi edc15c2 - 1 plug !

Hi all i need litlle help with immo off on peugeot 307 2.0HDI RHY edc15c2 with 1 plug .
The problem is there we change the bsi and code it and code the keys and everything but still get ecu locked and the car wont start .
Here is ecu info :

Hi again ,car not starting .
On diagnostic we get only one error :
P1517 - Permanent fault .Coded anti-start operation . Function faulty ..
And the car wort star .
On live diag have all parameters -
engine rpm over 200 /
synchronization when we crank - YES /
Rail pressure - over 260 bar /
Injector voltage 69v- to 70 .
not have reason to not start

p.s Now with the immo off i cant see in the ecu parameters engine conditions -are is locked or unlocked . But before that we are able to see this.

immo off is ok,did you try to change fuel presure regulator?

if ewerithing is ok than yours ecu is dead... i have case like yours and it was problem with ecu

i have and other same ecu but from 306 2.0hdi edc15c2 Same Hardware - will try with swap flash and eeprom with the immo off solution with other Ecu and will give of answer later .

Hi again , today we put other ecu from the same car like this here and same HW and i put the immo off flash and eeprom file on the new ecu second hadt but again same thing and same Error p1517 and car wont start .
With spray in the intake manifold the car start hard but start (normal cause the pipes are pretty long )
on diagnostic everything look fine , but with the second ecu and the immo off files again same think on the ecu/parameters /ecu information is unvailable to see are is locked or unlocked but i think this is no matter when have immo off ?
In bsi we see that ecu is not mached but bsi is learned and key is learned all is ok there .

my friend i test this solution immo off many times and works perfect. that dtc was in my cases but car start without problem... if you change the ecu then you have problem with fuel or with timing belt.

we remove the injectors for test cause need to test not have other left than mechanic problem .
But interesting is after 2 or 3 sec cranking on live data we see synchronization cranck/camshaft - YES but will go with mechanic .
I not tell that the solution is not work that with two ecus impossible to have same case .
