Post your DPF OFF file for check. If all OK ... I have one idea. I have the same problem on Mazda 3 1.6 D ... really is the same.

LIMP should be not possible without DTC, someone must touched table.
Did u compare file with other orginal to be sure ?

Your solution is not fully, and for me bad.
Make try with only second byte - Restore first and last one.

I think you copy solution from somewhere and don't checked it correctly

The switches is right, but solution not full. With original software the car is in limp mode ... at first time ?

OK, the car is in limp mode becouse have stored DTC for DPF ... if you make reset and delete it ... at first time have limp mode ?

I have the same problem on Mazda 3 1.6D. With full DPF OFF no errors and the car still in limp mode. When changed glow plugs ... all was ok.

If the problems is the same, need to change glow plugs for test or some special correction in software.

Hello,
on the weekend i did not read errors
because brother in law was busy.
I have a question whether my original file is correct, because it was read with mpps. On another forum I found a file with the ECU with the same SW.
And this file is different from mine.

This is the file:
