SAAB AIRBAG ECU ERASE CRASH DATA

Dear all good afternoon
we tried to erase crash data with eeprom conecting at pcb with x-tool original and with good well reading with our tool
when we install the warning still remain the same
from support they told us that is important to desolder eeprom
do you think that will be wright
