friend you sure not have EEprom ???
VEHICLE MODEL and NAME CAR ?
this unit 2015 , no think anyone had pin connection for this unit . i think if you sure not have EEprom for reading you should use of diagram IC ( Example: xprog ) or use of CARPROG original form OBD or CAN

I see carefully your potos and see you removed Infineon micro, did you readed it ?
