2000 VW New Beetle Immo OFF I need help

Hello there,

I would like to know if some one can help me out with this beetle that I could not adapt the key on.

The vehicle is a 2000 beetle and I really don't know what to start with.

I found a 95040 in the back and I think this is the one to read. The part number on it is 0 261 206 506.

I'm attaching some pictures of the ecu itself. Please help me if you can.

I need to know what type of ecu, what memory to read and how to turn the immo off.

Yes correct chip, make sure you disolder it and read it.
