Mondeo 2008 sid206 egr off

Hi, please help with egr and p1335 error off . Car Ford mondeo 2008 2.0 tdci SID206
In my file removed egr and error p1335.
Car runs ok but after 2-3 starts I got message CHECK ENGINE on screen. But car runs ok.
With diagnostic I have error 0000 Unknown error
Please help to fix.....

when dtc P0000 are stored in ecu can be from mask byt (shadow),you have to edit again all dtc related to egr !

like i have said before you have to edit again entire file,the only one solution are to find each mask set byt (shadow) related to all dtc wich it need to be bypassed,sorry but dont have damos for such ecu !

i have seen a lot of topics like "i want to learn" but not sure who really wants to learn !
are only way to do that egr off :
1.write back original file,erase dtc stored in ecu and make a short test drive,after test drive read and check wich dtc are stored in ecu !
2.disconnect the plug from egr and check again how many dtc are stored in ecu,upload here dtc contempt after and before disconnect the plug from egr also if are any strange dtc !

i have order some damos,tomorow i will upload the correct egr off file if i have all dtc from ecu !

Flash this file, erase all DTCs, unplug EGR connector and tell me the result...
Look for EGR valve DC also... it must be 0%

does it work with connect plug if Yes I will remove DTC 0406?

I maked SID206 at mondeo many times. Even by OBD is ok. No DTC problem.
But some case are much more advance in error...

Yes gitko tested with connected egr
Tomorrow will come back mondeo for testing. If will be not ok, then I will write oryg dump and will read again errors and post there.

Car came to me with these errors.......

P1335 EGR position sensor minimum/maximum stop performance
P0490 EGR valve position sensor circuit high input
P02E1 Diesel intake air flow control performance

And I mechannically remover FAP

Can somebody could remove fap and errors from oryginal file

Mate give us orig file from the car it will be better.
Does the car is in limp mode with connect or disconnect plug? If is connect egr pay attention on value for egr if they are moving then is not stop.

Hello to all,

I am new to ecu tuning and stuff. I have mondeo 2.0 tdci sid206, mpps which I read the ecu with,open with winols and there are maps for sure but it does not recognise them which maps are for what. I got my car egr off and dpf off. It works, efr duty is 0%, no check engine on dash, but P1335 in forscan. I want to try to find maps and modify them, to learn something more, for myself. I do not make money with this, it is a hobby. Btw I am a home mechanic and I have a lot of interest in ecu's and amassed with their ability to control everything in the engine's behaviour. Please, can anyone send me damos or anything that is needed to find maps in sid206.
