New vw keys, replace transponder.

Guys is there a Way to change transponder in the 2011/2012 keys.
This keys Seems one part and not possible to open.
I can only remove one part where the battery is hidden.

Yes, cut the transponder antenna coil from pcb, and original transponder will not work anymore, and program new glass id48 transponder than put in same place where was antenna, or look is there any closer position in key shell.

Opening was really easy, but just to be Shure i need to cut the long square epcos part Right.

Yes just take the grey tip of.
I just break it from the board, and glue a glass transponder in place.

So he did not push the pin inside? Then how it was pushed when he took apart?

some procedure i use me too no risk to damaged remote

You can do that way but it brakes part of the piece where pin goes. It will stay in place but I prefer to get pin out and disolder antenna .

Car is running but now i have error in ecu (ecu blocked) but Car is running.
Dtc P1570 could this be caused by transponder weak signal?

This Car they tried to steal but they where not able to take the Car.

Did someone manage to solve such problem.

Did you recharge the battery? And erase all dtc?
Immo off is only possible with immo 4 emulator for this type. These emulators fit inside the ecu.

You say the car was stolen, or the keys were stolen?

Problem solved guys, after driving the Car for 1 hour i was able to clean the errors.

@ Rob h they tried to steal the Car en they corrupted the security block.
When i put dash in service mode and read S_key/eep/sec block with xcan there was a checksum error.
And Car was not accepting any key not the original and not the new keys.
After correcting checksum in immo block, ori keys not accepted new transponder in key and Car starts.

Last question guys isnt it possible to re program ori keys after deleting them?

You can reprogram them. Just add key, they are allready dealer Keys.
I assume that no changes in the cars CS are made!

Where are you guys getting shells for these new style VAG flip keys? Tried 2 different Chinese sources, they each sent a different shell but neither would fit the new style circuit board pictured.

That's the problem with chinese shells (all shells are chinese anyways), its a hit and miss, even same supplier would sell you different types 6 months later.

Read key ID with key maker.
Add ID in Sec.block editor in X-Dash ,and chnage count of the keys.Save new sec.block with checksum calculated .
Wrote new Sec.bock in dash and all should work.
NOTE;
In sec block editor key needs to be write backwards form what key maker read.
example,
Key maker = ID 23E567DE
Sec block = ID DE67E523
