lost key situation impala 2008
I dismaunt dor lock made key but cant turn ignition.can someone pint me how to dismaunt ignition lock so that I can cut a key

If it is American style, you have tumbler positions 3-9 from door lock. 10 is not used in ignition, only need to do a progression to get first two tumblers, positions 1-2, then key will work ignition. Cut key down after that in 10 position for trunk and glovebox.:biggrin:
