Can CLIP on multiplexer cars says Battery voltage low

With other clip connection ok on same vehicle
Sometimes works ok
Any info what to check?

Mine does the same, i use battery support.

i also put extra battery but still same, in some cars goes ok
what pin measure voltage on obd? or itc checks pin16 voltage obd?
