UPA USB 1.2 no Vcc voltage.

Hello.

Does someone have any solution how to repair UPA USB 1.2 where is no Vcc.
No voltage on 9 pin error.
Red PCB.
I have resoldered all PCB but no result.
All ICs are sanded.

Check you Fuse on main PCB is like some clasical transistor sot 92 with only 2 pins check if is in short circuit, if it is in short circuit is ok if not is not ok !

After you can check the DC-DC step up converter MC34063 if is ok !

To check IC of DC-DC step up converter MC34063 if is ok and the transistor !
And you can try to replace also 74HC125D and MCP3008 analog digital converter, but can be also some problem of eeprom 24C from usb module !

You UPA is original or is China clone ?

Try to make FIRST also self test of programmer to see where you have errors also !
