Land Rover Freelander 2.0 TD4 2005 Engine synch please

I have problem with Land Rover Freelander 2005 TD4 Engine.
There is P1602-ECM/Immobiliser Communication Error in ECU.
Starter turn engine , but engine dont start . In ECU is errror P1602 . In immobox is no error

Can someone help and suggest a solution. In IMMO PIC18, through the MPLAB ICD 2 is not read - there is protection. All file 00.
How can I solve the problem?
