first dtc are related to Mass Air Flow...the second are related to addtiv level !
in any case must disable dpf+egr+addtive module in file !

Mate, Ecusafe do this job just fine...
About P0100 - Faulty MAF sensor - this is not a DPF problem... check the harnes, MAF, etc...
