I have picture but no sound on my starview the box super. I have tried factory reset, reinstalling programme but no change. Any suggestions anyone?:giveup:

Yes, I have checked scartleads are working correctly and plugged in correctly, but still no sound.

try a different scart m8 also goto audio on settings

when rescannig try pressing the default key

have you got the scart lead plugged in from the box's TV socket to the AV1 socket of the TV

was going to suggest " messing with your cables" but apparently this is not good form... not being sarcastic, honest..if you get my drift..
