box super usb cant get many channels HELP

Have followed The Box Super USB instructions with no splitters but am still not receiving many channels (only BBC1 BBC2 and BBC 4). Other channels are showing a dollar sign. have did 1570 key code is on . Can anyone help? cable is OM live in ayrshire scotland

Who is your cable provider down there is it Wright cable or something if it is I'm sure they moved to NDS a few months back!

Then I'm pretty sure your screwed I know the smallworld ones in Irvine etc went to NDS it's a encryption method that your box cant deal with in basic terms. But you could try the set default keys option in the cas menu and see if it works!

i would try scanning other providers t/w or n*l
i live nowhere nere a OM area but if i scan it i get all channels

also what fimware have you put onto the box press menu go down to system setup then across to system information and tell us what it says there
