C2ner version 1 aka powergate II connection problem?

Hello all,

Long story short I am trying to read a file out from a audi a4.I have this C2ner but it is a powergate II by alientech.I cant seem to be able to connect to the powergate using my laptop and cable to read out the file.Anyone know if this so called"c2ner" uses different software??I would like to retrieve my file from this device any help would be great.This is a slave device.

if you try to connect a powergate 2 slave you need the decoder only the company that sold the powergate slave can decode that files
