Smart key 89990-53310 Virgin reset lexus is250

Hello, does anybody have a virgin dump for this smart key ecu or somebody knows how to reset it. It is a second hand ECU , original was missing on the car. Thank you.

Good day,

I cleared the whole dump 93C66 and there are still 3 keys programmed when i try to add keys. Is there a different chip or location where the keys are programmed?
Does anybody know if it is possible to make reset for this module or do I have to purchase a new one?
