i need opel corsa dump that is made immo off because opel corsa is not starting eeprom 93c66

go to dealer for car pass with Vin No and logbook.

otherwise need a dump from something..

Immo off corsa c? Don't think so. What engine you have. Why not read pin with opcom, from dash?
