help repair dump ews3

I have the dump ews3 but I can not to make a duplicate key, because the corrupt file.
there can fix this file, so that I can create a new key, because the old key is broken.

Try this file:
I modified km on 120.xxx (was an error) and i unlocked the 3 key.
I think you can program new key with this bin.
