Dodge RAM 1500 on ST92F120 - mileage

I need help with calculate mileage in this car.
Dodge RAM 1500 from 2003.
Dashboard is on ST92F120 inside.
I need to change from 254279 - to 240500 km.

Someone can help ? ;)

how to make it then ?
