Mondeo 1.8 diesel '96 3-4 Amps current consumption with ignition on

Isn ' t this way too much (ignition on ,engine off ) ? Car start only if tracted and some wire mess around engine ,seem a nasty job to do :mad-new:
I think that someone activate permanently some actuator/ valve
If F10 (which feed ignition swith ,not 100 % sure ) is pulled current decrease to 0.5 Amps
With key removed there is only 100 mA current
What do you think ?

Only update available : I am in process of total sorting , backup and restoring almost 2Tb of data .I get sick to install over and over again same software because of win crash or viruses ,it is time for Achronis action .In next days will post the ending about this case ....

Can you repeat please: dash illuminated with key OFF?

If it is, problem could be:
* ignition switch
* light switch
* wiring
