I try with eeprom, cut immo line pin 36 and 66 but no luck

Greatings my friends, iam working on same ecu, someone already tried to do immo off, ecu came without 95p08, and flash as writen....car wont pass 3000 rev, anyone can provide working dumps with immo off to me....
