I think it's a problem of your tool. You are not the first with this problem on this tool at 36%.
Connection on ecu is good? You apply good 12v to adapter?

Friend is a CLONE !! does not always work!
see power 12,8V or disassemble and read BDM

If the connection for BDM is good, and 12V, they are correct.

It is not possible for OBDII, I need full read, to clone
GOLF V TDI 140

I'll have to buy BDM100. Everyone speaks well of this team.

Yes, to clone you have to make bdm. Made one same ECU clone 2 weeks ago.

If i can understand you want to replace this ecu with another?
If you found same ecu number then you can read the 95320 eeprom and copy paste to the second ecu.

It is not the same reference, you need to clone full.

Mate, i just want to say, that in my opinion... the Gallo BDM is better then the BDM100... Support never ECUs, never chips, can write only flash, WITHOUT correcting the checksum... etc...
You must to fix your tool - change some elements on the PCB and you will have an excellent tool. Here, on this forum, are couple of threads with info what you must to do, regarding of your tool version...
Regards!.
